Geza Hosszu Legocky was 17 years old when he successfully introduced his crossover concept in classical music, combining chamber music with folklore and gypsy music in a performance that brought together artists such as Michel Legrand, Martha Argerich or even the actor Michael Lonsdale. In 2003 Geza was engaged at the Festival Progetto Argerich to perform the Violin Concerto N°2 by Henryk Wieniawski with the RSI Symphony Orchestra and Charles Dutoit conducting. The concerto’s finale "ala zingara" was followed by an encore of improvisation on a gypsy theme. The success was such that the organizers came up with a last-minute proposition for the closing concert of the Festival: after playing in duet with violinist Renaud Capuçon in the first part of the concert, Geza would perform gypsy music with his group The 5 DeVils, presenting the group for the first time and acting as leader of the ensemble.

Renaud Crols (born 1983) begun his journey on the piano at the age of 6 and on the violin at the age of 9. At seventeen, he brilliantly finished his violin studies at the Royal Conservatory of Liege left with the First Prize in violin, chamber music and music theory. He originally played only classical music, but his adventurous soul eventually drew him towards jazz and improvisation, and quite a few different traditional music from all over the world.

By the age of twenty-one, he discovered gypsy music from Romania and the Balkans. Focused on jazz, and more specifically gypsy jazz, he performed several times with the famous Romanian gypsy orchestra “Taraf de Haïdouks”, in France at Samois-sur-Seine Django Festival and at the Barbican in London. He is now a jack-of-all-trades: from Indian to African, from Bach to Balkan - music of the Balkans (Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary, etc.), Brazilian music, Indian music, Salsa. He went on a tour with the ballet representation “Pitié” of Belgian choreographer Alain Platel in many different European countries, as well as Japan and Congo. Apart from Geza and the 5 DeViLs, his most interesting projects are Les Violons de Bruxelles (with Tcha Limberger), and his own Gypsy Jazz quartet. In 2019 Renaud Crols made a tour of 11 countries in Africa with Achille Ouattara, and recorded an album with Duved Dunayevski in Montreal called "The Transantlantic Five".

Slovak dulcimer player of Ukrainian origin, born in Moldova, Mykhaylo is one of the most acclaimed and best-known performer in his field. He gained many years of experience during his studies, and at numerous competitions. He has performed in collaboration with many orchestras, and performed solo concerts in many European countries, in Asia and North America. He is also actively involved in pedagogical activities and has been on the jury of many domestic and international dulcimer competitions.

Young Viola player Vojtech Botos is a favourite of the Slovak music scene. He comes from a family of deep musical tradition. At the age of six, he started studying the violin in Rimavská Sobota. He switched to viola at age of fourteen, taught by his grandfather Vojtech Botoš, who gave him the basics of Slovak and Hungarian folk music. He went on playing the viola at the Ján Levoslav Bella Conservatory in Banská Bystrica in the class of Mgr. art. Dušan Radič and later at the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica under the guidance of docent Zuzana Bouřová ArtD. During his studies, he won many national competitions. He completed various international master classes in solo, chamber and orchestral playing at home and abroad under the guidance of such personalities as Prof. Jürgen Weber, Juan-Miguel Hernandez, Milan Radič, Lakatos György, Mohácsi Gyula, Veronika Lenártová and many others. He collaborated with renowned international artists such as Ferenc Snétberger, Denis Kozhukin, Pavel Šporcl, Róby Lakatos, Geza Hosszú Legocky, Matej Arendárik, Konstantin Ilievsky, Jánoška ensemble and the Manuša ensemble. He is currently a member of the Symphony Orchestra of the Slovak Radio and a sought-after violist not only in classical music, but also in many other musical genres.

Born into a Musician Dynasty of the Ürmös Family renowned for their Cimbalom Dynasty, Ferenc Ürmös' journey into the world of music began in Budapest on July 24, 2006. He was introduced to the world of double bass at the age of 8, at first training on this instrument as well as the violin. However, it was the double bass that truly captured his heart, and at his tender age, he embarked on a musical odyssey that would soon set the stage for his career. His teachers are Horvath Joseph (Snetberger Foundation), István Lukácsházy & Jenő Puporka (Bartok Bela Konservatorium) and Botond Kostyak (MUK Vienna), where he is currently studying. In 2015 he participated at the Hungarian TV-Show "Fölszállott a pava" with the Sarju Band, Best Band award. The same year he took part at the "SPECIAL DAY" III, Budapest Children's and Youth Festival. Ferenc Ürmös joined the Sarju Band as a guest of Csik Zenekar / Miskolc in 2017 and was admitted at the Snétberger Music, in 2019. 2020 was a significant year for him. He performed with Geza Hosszu Legocky & the 5 DeViLs, through the Benedetti Foundation, at the Global Violin Sessions. The very famous Edinburgh International Festival invited Geza & 5 DeViLs at the Hub in summer 2023, with a tremendous success.
